Thank you for your interest in signing up for HBW 2025.

You can add multiple children and helpers all in the same registration. You will be shown a summary at the end of the process where you can make changes before submitting the form.

Registration closes on Sunday 1 June 2025. You will be contacted within a week of closing to confirm whether your child has a place or has joined our waiting list. Registrations received after 1 June 2025 will automatically join the waiting list.

Children and Volunteers

A child’s ‘HBW age’ age is determined by how old they will be on 1 September following HBW.

A volunteer’s ‘HBW age’ is determined by how old they will be on the first day of HBW.

5th Aug 2011 - 4th Aug 2013	Volunteer	12 - 13	Transitionary years. Attendees will spend the morning in the youth tent. In the afternoon they'll participate in taster sessions, helping in one of the tents
4th Aug 2013- 31st Aug 2013	Child or volunteer		Can register as either a child in the 11's tent or a volunteer in the youth tent, depending on your preference.
31st Aug 2013 - 1st Sept 2020	Child	5 - 11
2nd Sept 2020 and later	Child	4 and below	Creche: Only available for the children of our on-site volunteers
